Gadre Jus-Like Lobster Bite Surimi is a Japanese word that literally means “ground meat”. Surimi is made from mince of prime portions of white fish, that is headed & gutted and the bones & skin removed. This fish mince is given a through wash to remove fats, blood, enzymes to form clean, odourless and healthy Surimi. All us Like products are made from Surimi. The Surimi is combined with natural flavours and extracts to give you the most natural -Juslike crab taste! You will Juslike – Juslike!
How to Use
Serving Instructions – For best results: Cook while frozen (Do not thaw) Preheat oil to approx 180c. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot. Garnishing Suggestions: Lobster Bite with Sweet Chili Dip: 2 Red Jalapeno or Sorrano Pepper, veins and seeds removed, 3 Gloves fresh garlic, peeled, chopped 1/2 cup white sugar powder, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 tablespoon salt or to taste, 1 tablespoon cornstarach, 2 extra tablespoon water. Process: In blender, combine all ingredients excep cornstarch and 2 tablespoon of water. Transfer mixture to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and allow sauce to simmer unitl it thickens and garlic and pepper begin to soften. (About 3 minutes.) Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoon of water to make “slurry” Pour cornstarch slurry into sauce. Simmer on more minute, stirring constantly with a whisk. Allow to cool completely, before serving or storing. Best stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
