Rich’s Chocolate Whip Topping has just the right balance of taste, flavor and performance. It imparts a unique chocolaty flavor and color to your cakes. It is incredibly easy to work with, designed to take away all your pains of mixing chocolate in a whip- topping.

Tips& Handling

•  Arrives frozen°
• Store at -18°C or below.
• Thaw under refrigeration (+2°C & +7°C) for 24-36 hours before use.
• Shake well before opening & Pour into a chilledbowl (should not exceed 18% of bowl capacity).
• If desired add color, flavor or sweetening agent during whipping
• Whip at medium to high speed until soft peaks form.
• Whipped product must be stored under refrigeration & can be frozen.
